Known as one of the finest trombone players in Europe, Francisco J. Rosario-Vega performed as a special guest at a concert hosted by the Concert Association of Valparaiso. His brother, Miguel Rosario who is the Assistant Director of Bands at VHS, was the conductor for the evening for the rest of the orchestra and between him and his brother put on a spectacular show!
